  • Holiday Yard Trees and Holiday Event

    Hello, Los Paseos Neighbors.

LPNA is again offering 4-5 feet tall Plantation Douglas fir trees available for sale at our cost to people who want to place them into their yard. Cost this year is $23.75 per tree, and $9.95 for rebar (5/8”x6 feet tall). Rebar for those who don’t already have one.
Please order your tree by Monday, October 30, so the trees can be prepared for shipment from the Washington Plantation Douglas fir site, arriving in time here for the Holiday Event pickup day.
The trees can be picked up at the Los Paseos Holiday Event on Saturday, Dec 2, at the Los Paseos HOA clubhouse at 7047 Via Ramada starting at 10 o’clock. The trees will look as good as they did last year. In the attached photo, see an example of a tree in a yard.
To order a tree, reply to this email, send an email to president@lospaseosneighbors.com, or call and leave me a message at 408-623-9156.
P.S. A separate email will be sent regarding details of this year’s Holiday Event, and of a method for tree placement in yard.
    Regards,
    Greg Peck

  • Los Paseos Dumpster Day

    When: 10/21, 8am-noon
    Where: Los Paseos Elementary School

District 10 Office of Councilmember Arjun Batra is partnering with Los Paseos Neighborhood Association to sponsor a free neighborhood dumpster day. D10 office is providing the dumpsters and volunteer snacks/water and LPNA is providing the volunteers.

We are offering priority dumping opportunity before 8:00 to anyone who volunteers for 1 hour. We need volunteers to attend to each dumpster and directing traffic to available dumpsters. We also need some help with occasional heavy lifting. Residents will be responsible for unloading their items for the most part, but we need to have a few volunteers available to help with larger items.
