	Speed bumps on avenida espana is ultimately the call of the fire department. After speed bumps were installed on avenida rotella, DOT indicated no additional speed bumps in the neighborhood per directive of FD. They need to be able to access the neighborhood quickly and efficiently and thus oppose any additional bumps.
